Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in South Carolina is seeking a fulltime Physician Recruiter.
- Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring of physicians and advance care providers.
- Develops and coordinates consultative relationships with hiring managers and Department Service line leadership.
Provides reporting and regular status updates to recruitment leadership and hiring managers.
- Contributes to the team by maintaining positive relationships and providing a high level of customer service.
- Nurtures personal and professional networks to develop active and passive talent pipelines while being sensitive to organizational needs.
Ideal Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or higher, with 2+ years full cycle physician recruitment experience.
This is a hybrid remote position with occasional travel for department meetings and recruitment events. Candidates within a reasonable driving distance to Prisma Health facilities preferred.
